High Performance Computing Training

IU REDCap

IU's Research Electronic Data Capture (IU REDCap) is a self-managed, secure, web-based platform designed to support data collection and data management for research, operations support, and quality improvement projects. REDCap's easy-to-use, intuitive features allow users to rapidly build and manage secure online surveys and databases.

Getting Started with Jetstream2

Jetstream2 is an NSF-funded user-friendly cloud computing environment for researchers and educators, even those with no previous cloud computing experience. Includes an overview of Jetstream2, the ACCESS ecosystem, and how to begin using Jetstream2.

Intro to R for Biologists

In this workshop/course, attendees learn about the Bioconductor Project and the basics of RStudio—data types, classes, objects—and how to write and use a function. *Download the course materials (pdf or zip) and view the workshop presentations via YouTube. *The online version of this course is available online 24/7 via Expand.*
