Microsoft Teams Calls Desktop: Transferring a Call

To transfer a call, near the top right of the call window, click the More Actions menu button. In the menu that appears, click Transfer. The call will be put on hold, and the Transfer the call dialog box will appear. In the “Invite someone or dial a number” field, type the phone number, name, or username of the person you want to transfer the call to. Then, click on the number or name in the drop-down list below the field. Next, at the bottom of the dialog box, click the Transfer button. The transfer process will start. Once the person you’re transferring the call to answers the call, the call will end. [video outro music]
