Listening to your voicemail through the Microsoft Teams mobile app

To open Calls, in the Microsoft Teams mobile app,
Tap , Tap
To display your voicemail, in the upper right corner of the screen,
Tap

A list of your voicemails will be displayed:

To select a voicemail to listen to,
Tap a voicemail in the list

Details about the voicemail will now be displayed, including playback controls and a transcript of the voicemail:

Voicemail detail view. At the top left of the screen is the play button, and to the right of that is the caller's name, the playback time indicator, and playback speed controls. Underneath the playback controls, a transcript of the voicemail is displayed, and below that are icons for muting the audio, calling the caller back, viewing the caller's contact info, and deleting the voicemail.

To listen to the voicemail, near the top left corner of the Voicemail screen,
Tap
To pause playback, near the top left corner of the Voicemail screen,
Tap
