Microsoft Teams Calls Mobile: How to Listen to Your Voicemail

Listening to your voicemail through the Microsoft Teams mobile app

1. To open Calls, in the Microsoft Teams mobile app,

   Tap , Tap 

2. To display your voicemail, in the upper right corner of the screen,

   Tap 

A list of your voicemails will be displayed:

3. To select a voicemail to listen to,

   Tap a voicemail in the list

Details about the voicemail will now be displayed, including playback controls and a transcript of the voicemail:

4. To listen to the voicemail, near the top left corner of the Voicemail screen,

   Tap 

5. To pause playback, near the top left corner of the Voicemail screen,

   Tap
