Microsoft Teams Calls Desktop: How to Listen to Your Voicemail

[Beth] Voicemails you receive will be displayed in the History pane in the middle of the screen, along with any outgoing, incoming, and missed calls. To view only your voicemails, at the top right side of the History pane, click Voicemail. Only your voicemail messages will display. To select a voicemail message to listen to, click the voicemail in the list. The Details pane will appear on the right side of the screen, with details about who called, a transcript of the voicemail, and controls for playing the message. To listen to the message, in the Details pane, click the Play button. [Carol] Hi Beth, this is Carol. I'm just calling to see if you wanted to get together... [Beth] To pause playback, click the Pause button. To view the voicemail transcript, above the playback controls in the Details panel, click Show more. The full transcript will display.
