Microsoft Teams Calls Desktop: Forwarding Calls to an Individual

To set up call forwarding, at the top right of the Teams window, click the Settings and More (or three-dots) button to the left of your user icon. In the menu that appears, click Settings. The Settings window appears. From here, in the navigation on the left side of the window, click Calls. To forward your calls, underneath the Call answering rules heading, click the radio button for Forward my calls. To select where calls should be forwarded to, click the Forward To drop-down and select an option from the list. Numbers you’ve previously forwarded calls to will appear in this drop-down. To forward calls to a new number, click the Forward to drop-down menu, then click New number or contact. Next, type the phone number (or name if forwarding to someone else at IU) of where you want to forward calls to, then click on it in the drop down that appears.
