[Beth] To set up your voicemail greeting, at the top right of the Teams window, click the Settings and More (or three-dots) button to the left of your user icon. In the menu that appears, click Settings. The Settings window appears. From here, in the navigation on the left side of the window, click Calls. To start configuring your voicemail, click the Configure Voicemail button. The Voicemail options will display. To change how calls are handled when sent to voicemail, click the Call answer rules drop-down and choose an option from the menu. To change your voicemail greeting, click the Record a greeting button. The call window will open and Teams will start a call with the voicemail system. [Voicemail operator] Main menu.
