Putting a call on hold
- To put a call on hold, near the top right of the call window,
Click , Click
The call will be placed on hold, and the contents of the call window will change to display the text “On hold” and a timer indicating how long the call has been on hold.
- To resume a call, near the top right of the call window,
The “On hold” indicator will disappear from the call window, and the call will resume.
