The National Center for Genome Analysis Support (Links to an external site.) (NCGAS) helped researchers nationwide with demanding - and often confusing - computations that genomics research requires. In this monthly series, scientists presented their genomics research in pursuit of answers to some of the most confounding biological questions.

Archived presentations are available via YouTube at links provided below.

This webinar series was hosted by NCGAS members who work with genomics researchers. NCGAS is associated with Research Technologies (Links to an external site.), a division of University Information Technology Services (Links to an external site.), and is a center in the Pervasive Technology Institute (Links to an external site.) at Indiana University.

The NCGAS was funded by the National Science Foundation under Grant Nos. DBI-1062432 2011 ABI-1458641 2015 , and ABI-1759906 2018  to Indiana University.

"NCGAS serves hundreds of researchers who apply genomics to their research, and we wanted to find out what their individual research projects entail. We hope to learn how they are using genomics in their studies, as an inspiration to other researchers." - Tom Doak, Chief Scientist, National Center for Genome Analysis Support

The Supercomputing for Everyone Series (SC4ES) aims to bring more users into the realm of advanced computing, whether it be visualization, computation, analytics, storage, or any related discipline. Research Technologies can take you to the next level of computing.

Supercomputing for Everyone Series workshops and seminars are led by personnel from Research Technologies, a division of University Information Technology Services and a center in the Pervasive Technology Institute at Indiana University.
