Creating and Distributing Forms with Adobe® Acrobat® 9

Learn how Acrobat 9 Professional—and the included Adobe LiveCycle® Designer software—can be used to convert existing forms into intelligent, interactive electronic documents that reduce re-keying and errors. Also, see how Acrobat 9’s workflows can improve distribution, data collection, and analysis. Discover how your institution can save substantial time and money by incorporating Acrobat form functionality into new or existing systems.

Can’t make it to the workshop?

Participants will:

  • use Acrobat’s form recognition feature to repurpose existing forms
  • use Acrobat’s Built-in Form tools to modify existing PDF forms or create fields from scratch.
  • set up a form for distribution and automatic data collection
  • compile responses into a full featured Acrobat response document
  • recognize the best cases for using an Acrobat PDF form vs a LiveCycle PDF form
  • assemble your materials into an easy to use and distribute PDF portfolio.
