IT Training & Education
Word often makes intrusive guesses about the way you want a document or list formatted, or automatically changes the spelling or capitalization of words you don’t want changed. This workshop will help you understand how these automatic features work so you can keep them from making these kinds of unwanted corrections. In addition, by gaining a better understanding of these features, you will learn how to modify them to make them work for you, thereby helping you improve your overall productivity in Word. Formatting text consistently can be a tedious, error-prone process, too. Using styles for formatting will allow you to spend less time formatting your documents, and allow you to take advantage of Word’s other automated features, such as Live Preview and automatically generated tables of contents.
