In this 3-hour lab session, you will integrate the skills you learned in PowerPoint: The Basics, PowerPoint: Enhancing & Packaging a Presentation, and PowerPoint: Customizing a Presentation to independently create a design project. You will work with predetermined materials and your own design ideas.

Participants will:

• Use an individualized creative and explorative approach to create a PowerPoint presentation
• Get reinforcement on concepts and skills learned in the prerequisite workshops
• Incorporate text, multimedia objects, and links to non-PowerPoint documents into your presentation
• Make your presentation interactive
• Package your finished presentation for use in other computers

Participants should already be able to:

• create and deliver a presentation using PowerPoint 2007
• insert pictures, SmartArt graphics, and WordArt
• apply animation, hyperlinks, and triggers
• create and apply master slides
• set up custom slide shows within a presentation
• add background music
• package a presentation for use on other computers
