IT Training's Skillsoft elearning service is available for purchase to the following user communities:

• Faculty, staff and students from any Indiana University campus
• Faculty, staff and students from any university or college in the state of Indiana
• State, county and city government employees from the state of Indiana
• Non-IU attendees of IT Training classroom based instructor-led workshops

All subscribers will be able to take advantage of the following features:

• Search: search for the courses and textbooks you want.
• Download: download courses to your desktop for offline playback.
• Course pretests: take a test when you start a course to assess how much of the content you already know. This enables you to better target your learning experience.
• Course Certificates: once you have successfully completed a course, you can print out a certificate indicating that you passed the course.
• Certification Preparation: courses can be taken to prepare you for industry standard certification exams from PMI, Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft, Oracle and others.
• Mentoring: need more help on a topic you are studying? You can chat with subject matter experts while online.
• Bookmarking: you can bookmark the chapters in Books 24x7 that you want to come back to at a later time.
