Reserve our training room

General Information

Please use the form below to request a reservation of our computer facility for your department or organization. For a description of our room, read about our training facilities.

Please note the following:

You may request our training room using the form below if you are using an IU departmental account number or business purchase order number. We do not accept checks or credit cards for facility reservations.
We require a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice.
If you need to cancel your room reservation please cancel at least 5 business days in advance.
We charge $75/hour for IU departments and $150/hour for non-IU groups to rent our training facility.
It is required that you have someone on staff in the room at all times. If you cannot staff the room yourself, we will charge $25/hour for one of our staff members to be there throughout the reservation.
After you have submitted the form, you will be contacted by a member of our staff to discuss your request.

Software Information

Please note the following:

Please review the list of software currently installed on our computers on our facilities description.
If you need other software, you will have to provide a copy of the software to us for testing prior to approval of your reservation. We charge $75/hour for this testing.
If approved, you are responsible for purchasing the appropriate software licenses and sending the software to us.
We also charge $75/hour for installing the additional software on the computers in our facility.

Please list the names and version numbers of all needed software which is not currently installed on our computers. You will be contacted to arrange testing.
