Are You Ready for Windows 7?
 Windows 7 is now available to IU students, faculty and staff. You can go to any campus bookstore to purchase the Ultimate edition for $20. As of now, only the Ultimate edition will be available, but both 32-bit and 64-bit versions will be available soon. Twitter for Everyone
Twitter is the popular micro-blogging and social networking service that has caught the attention of millions worldwide. On Thursday, October 8th, from 2—3 pm, IT Training staff member Carol Rhodes will deliver an online presentation on the use of Twitter. New XML STEPS Workshops
Attend our new XML: The Basics workshop offered this month to learn how to structure data using XML. To broaden your XML skills, take XML: Transforming Content with XSLT and XPath to learn how to rearrange the XML structure in one file into a different XML configuration to be used for a different purpose.

Grow your Excel skills now! We're offering 24 Excel STEPS workshops in October. You can start at the beginning by taking Excel: The Basics, take an Excel Certificate Series to grow your skills across a range of workshops, or choose a more advanced set of workshops that focus on the exact skills you need.
