it2go E-Newsletter

IT2Go E-Newsletter sample screenshot About once every month, we will email you a newsletter full of news and announcements. It's how you can stay informed about all the new things happening at IT Trainng & Education.

Sign Up for it2go!

  1. To start receiving it2go, click Your profile and history in the IT Training site's navigation bar:

  2. If you aren't logged in already, you will be redirected to the CAS authentication screen. Log in using your normal Indiana University credentials:
    Newsletter Signup - Step 2 - Type in your Indiana University CAS username and password
  3. After logging in, you will be re-directed to the Customer Profile page.

    In the section labeled Communication Preferences, look for the checkbox next to "Send me it2go, ITTraining's news and announcements e-newsletter": Newsletter Signup - Step 3 - IT Training User Profile page
    The customer shown here will not receive the it2go newsletter.
  4. To change your communication preferences, click Update your information: Newsletter Signup - Step 4 - Click update your information
  5. The Edit Customer Profile page appears.

    To indicate that you'd like to receive it2go, scroll to the bottom of the Edit Customer Profile page, and click the checkbox next to Send me it2go, ITTraining's news and announcements e-newsletter: Newsletter Signup - Step 5 - Check the correct checkbox at the bottom of the page
  6. To save the change, at the bottom of the screen, click the Save Customer Profile button.

That's it! Remember that you can change your communication preferences at any time.
