Electronic Materials—
Going GREEN
After a successful pilot program this fall, IT Training will distribute electronic materials only in our classroom based workshops; printed versions of our materials will
no longer be distributed. Those attending workshops will have access to a PDF version of the materials on a second monitor available at each workstation. You will be able to take
electronic notes on those materials and save or email yourself a copy of those materials after the workshop.
You can view a short tutorial on how to take notes in a PDF file if you do not already know how to do so.
If you are a member of the IU community and would still like the benefit if having our material in printed form, you can download the material
from our web site, then print a copy before the workshop and bring it with you. Anyone can order printed materials from our web site for a small fee.
Cancellation Policy Changes
We are also reducing the amount of advanced notice we require for cancelling a workshop enrollment. Our previous policy required that you cancel at least 3 business days before a
workshop was scheduled to be taught. Now you only need to cancel at least 2 days before a workshop. See our FAQ for more details.
Sign Up for a Reminder
In response to a number of requests regarding our email reminders, you will now receive the notice early in the day two days before the workshop is scheduled to be taught. This will
give you the entire day to cancel your enrollment without penalty should you need to do so. Please note that you need to be signed up to receive these reminders to take advantage of
this service.

IT Training provides so many options to obtain training: online workshops, traditional face-to-face workshops, and webinars. With all these options available
