Privacy Statement
The privacy of individuals who visit the IT Training web site, attend our workshops,
and use any of our other services is of the utmost importance to us.
Collection of Personal Information
IT Training does not collect any information about you that you have not
expressly provided to us.
External Distribution of Information
We do not sell or otherwise provide any personal information collected on our
Web pages to any external entity.
Demographic Information
The demographic information you supply as part of your user profile is stored in a password protected space. It is used to enable you to
register for and purchase access to the full range of training services that we offer, and you can update this information at any time.
We will use that information should we need to contact you in the event of a workshop change or
cancellation. We may also use this information to send you very occasional notices about upcoming
IT Training events and new services offered.
If you wish to subsequently have your personal information removed from our system or wish to
no longer receive event announcements from us, please contact us.
Credit Card Security
If you pay for any online purchase using a credit card, your credit card information is
stored in an external credit card processing system, not by us. We do not track your
submitted credit card information in any way.
Cookies
While you need to have cookies enabled in your Web browser to register for workshops and
series and make other online purchases from our Web site, we do not track the Web activity of
individual users in any way. We may publicize aggregate Web statistics in official activity
reports and marketing materials.
Evaluations
We ask all training participants to submit evaluation forms voluntarily to provide feedback on
IT Training services. All evaluations are submitted anonymously, and IT
Training will not associate any submitted evaluation with an individual participant. The data
from the evaluations are used for IT Training’s quality review and improvement efforts, official
activity reports, and IT Training marketing efforts. We may choose to publicize
aggregated evaluation data and select participant comments in our publicity materials as well.
